A Message about being Faithful.
|
Mother Teresa (85) of Calcutta, who had spent her life working with the poor in India, was confronted by a young journalist (30):
|
Young man: "Mother Teresa, you have been feeding and helping people for many, years - How do you know whether you are making a difference"
|
|
Mother Teresa: "Young man, life is not about being successful - it’s about being faithful."
|
Fidelity in life trumps almost everything.
|
Being faithful to the (our) mission means that the mission will be accomplished.
|
Recently we established a Honours Board of Long Serving staff members at Marcellin College (20+ years). 20 long serving staff members were recognized for the combined 400 years (4 centuries) of service to young people and their future opportunities.

Teaching young teenagers is a hard yet rewarding job. It requires training, compassion, humility and direction. it requires Fidelity
